Chilling footage shows knife-wielding clown chase terrified joggers through woods – after dozens of reports of clowns robbing people and trying to lure kids into forests across the US
TERRIFYING video footage has emerged showing a knife-wielding clown apparently chasing a pair of petrified joggers through a wooded area.
The chilling clip was filmed in Newmark, Ohio, by photographer Chase Prior after a string of reports of clowns threatening and robbing people in the US.

Chase claims he was out on a morning jog with pal Patrick Williams when they encountered the chilling masked figure at around 7.30am.
The clown can be seen walking across a narrow footbridge away from the cameraman at the start of the video.
Approaching the edge of the bridge, Chase calls out, demanding to know what he is doing wandering around in the woods dressed like that so early.
He shouts: “What the f*** are you doing man? It’s 7.30am in the morning, have you heard about all this s***? People are freaking out about this.”
The figure hears him and turns to face him, standing silently for a moment with his hands by his side staring in the cameraman’s direction.
He then begins to silently walk towards Chase before the photographer chillingly says: “Yo Patrick he’s got a knife.”

The clown then breaks into a sprint as the terrified pair turn and run for their lives.
The camera occasionally turns back to show the clown gaining on them in shaky footage that looks like something straight from a horror movie.
Posting the footage on Facebook, Chase said: “Well, this morning I had a rather traumatising experience.
“I woke up early to go running with Patrick Williams and we parked by the YMCA to hit the bike path leading toward 21st Street and eventually out toward Evans.
“Ironically, my friend Zane and I had just been discussing supposed sightings of clowns around the 21st Street / 16 intersection.
“We had no idea this would happen when we started our run.

“The video is NSFW due to my language, which I apologise for but I was more than a little shook up.
“Keep an eye out of this guy or someone like him around the area because this was absolutely terrifying, joke or not.
“We didn't stick around to find out.”
The incident happened as the US finds itself in the middle of a bizarre epidemic of clown-related crime.
Cops warned parents to be on the alert after reports of men in clown costumes trying to tempt kids into secluded areas in seven different states.
