A THUG who was part of cop killer Dale Cregan’s gang has issued an online “vengeance” threat from behind bars.
Mohammed Imran Ali, 36, is serving seven years for helping one-eyed Cregan escape from police after he shot dead a father and son.
But he has been communicating on Facebook with friends and posted a snap of a huge tattoo of two guns with the word “vengeance” drawn across his back.
Jonathan Reynolds, MP for Hattersley, Greater Manchester, where Cregan killed PCs Nicola Hughes, 23, and Fiona Bone, 32, said: “Posting provocative comments from behind bars will upset a lot of people.
“We must have zero tolerance of this.”
The Facebook account was closed after The Sun alerted the authorities and Ali could face a further two years in prison.
