Bizarre note slams mystery neighbour from hell who threw USED NAPPIES from apartment balcony
AN ABSURD note was left outside a building claiming that one of the residents had been throwing used baby nappies off an apartment balcony in Australia.
Shared on Facebook, a photo of the building announcement detailed the incident that took place in the Sydney suburb of Wentworth Point.
"It has come to our attention that a resident in Savannah [building block] is throwing used nappies from their balcony onto the podium area on level three."
"We have reason to believe this act is intentional by an adult, as a baby would not have the ability to throw it as far out where it was found."
"If this is you doing so, please stop as this is disgusting behaviour and you will be reported."
The building management company, which runs the upscale residential apartment block of 281 premium units across three separate buildings, claimed that a report would be filed.

In the note, they urged the building residents of the Savannah block "to assist in in catching the person who is doing this".
The 21-level Savannah complex was completed in November 2016 for a total cost of $94 million.
Others, meanwhile, found the situation amusing.
"Pretty good detective work there on deducing it wasn't a baby throwing their own nappy," a Facebook user joked, to which another replied: "Please do not underestimate what a baby can do."
"Plot twist, the baby lives alone in the apartment and is throwing them off the balcony but isn't old enough to read the letter and keeps doing it," a third commentator said about the note.
There are various health risks linked to the inappropriate disposal of soiled baby nappies.
