The lightbulbs had died in the elderly woman's flat, and said she couldn't change them because she struggles with mobility issues.

The OAP was left waiting in the dark for her carer to fix her lights, but kind-hearted Michael stepped in instead and changed the bulbs himself, reports

"I couldn't leave her in the dark so I just asked her where her spare bulbs were and quickly changed them all. It only took a moment, but she was very grateful.

I will help anybody if I can. I love the interaction with all my customers" said Michael.
