PRESIDENTIAL candidate Donald Trump has impersonated rival Hillary Clinton collapsing saying “she can't make it 15 feet to her car.”

Speaking at a rally in Pennsylvania, the billionaire firebrand mocked the Democratic nominee’s recent health problems following her stumble during a 9/11 memorial in New York.

Before he mimicked Clinton’s collapse, Trump riled up the crowd by talking about the former Secretary of State’s record in the Middle East and the current state of war torn Syria.

The former Celebrity Appreciate star then questioned Clinton’s stamina following her pneumonia diagnosis.

He said: “She has been a disaster.

“But here's a woman she's supposed to fight all of these recent things, and she can't make it 15 feet to her car.

“Give me a break.”

Trump then started swooning on stage before pretending to stumble and fall sparking laughs from his supporters.

The property magnate also suggested that Clinton was not “loyal” to her husband and former President Bill.

He said: “I don't even think she's loyal to Bill, you want to know the truth.

"And really, folks, really, why should she be, right?”

The brash businessman, who himself has admitted having extramarital affairs, has hinted that he may bring up Bill’s numerous infidelities in the next televised debate with Hillary.

Last November, Trump caused controversy by impersonating disabled New York Times journalist Serge Kovaleski, who suffers from congenital joint condition, at a rally in South Carolina.

Today the NYT released a copy of the Republican's 1995 financial returns which proves Trump may have avoided paying federal income tax for up to 18 years.
