Mahadeo Suhnandan, 50, allegedly told police that his nephew, 29-year-old Neraz Roberts, always “wanted to kill me,” authorities said.

“I’ve had enough” Suhnandan allegedly told officials after Roberts’ death on Sunday.

“I heard Neraz say he would kill me if he caught me outside,” Suhnandan was quoted as saying.

“I got my ‘Cutlass’ from my bed — it’s a machete. It has a wooden handle. I went downstairs, kicked open his door and asked him why he wants to kill me.”

“My son called and I hear the yelling,” Nazeem Roberts, the 49-year-old father of Neraz, said.

“She’s screaming to her husband. She was saying, ‘Don’t do this! No! Don’t do this!'” he alleged.

Roberts said he asked his family to record the violent argument while he was on speakerphone.

FAMILY DISPUTE

Neraz’s father said the attack came after an ongoing dispute over the ownership of a family home.

A neighbor of the family told The Post that there’s been fighting since Suhnandan’s mother-in-law died two and a half years ago.

Neraz reportedly continued to live in the basement throughout the feud, even after his father was apparently kicked out of the home.
