Parachute Regiment troops who filmed sex romps with woman on Army base broke NO laws, police say
A PARA gang-bang on an Army base broke no laws police have concluded.
The troops involved could still be kicked out for shaming their crack "air-porn" unit.
Randy Toms filmed a wild group-sex romp at Merville Barracks in Colchester, Essex, home of 16 Air Assault Brigade – the UK's military quick reaction force.
The X-rated clips showed junior troops from 3rd Battalion the Parachute Regiment bonking a redheaded woman in three parts of a dormitory block.
A probe found the woman was signed on to camp 31 times in 5 months – roughly once every five days.
Red Cap military cops ruled out suggestions the tattooed woman was a sex worker.

And they believe correct procedures for signing in guests were followed each time she stayed over.
An Army source said the Royal Military Police had closed their investigation and handed the file to the regiment's Top Brass for "administrative action".
It means the men are not facing criminal charges but could still be hauled over the coals for breaking the military's strict values and standards and bringing the Army into disrepute.
Defence Secretary Ben Wallace said he was "deeply uneasy" about the orgy.
He said: "What does it say to a future woman who wanted to join the army?
"The army has a cultural issue to address. It makes me think that the army has still not moved forward from 30 years ago."
Wallace, a former Scots Guards officer, served from 1991 to 1998.
"I'm deeply uneasy about eight men in a barracks like this with one woman, filming it," Wallace added.
"I’m uneasy because there are lots of issues. The massive power imbalance, even if it was consensual."
Dozens of troops were ordered to take STD tests this week - including a commissioned officer - amid fears of a Herpes outbreak.
One of the men who signed the woman onto the camp was a captain in 7 Para Royal Horse Artillery, known as the airborne gunners.

He was confronted by the regiment's adjutant Captain Rosie Wild, who made Army history in 2020 as the first woman to pass the paras gruelling P Company selection course.
Capt Wild told pals she was "disgusted" by her fellow officer's behaviour. She said: "So embarrassing to have to tell him."
Footage seen by The Sun shows a grinning soldier saluting the camera while he is having intercourse.
Another shocked soldier can be heard asking: "Who’s daughter is this?"
In a third clip, one shouts orders about which comrade is "next man in".
An army source said: "This is a disgrace and a stain on the regiment and the army.
"At the end of the day it's consenting adults but these videos are everywhere, the paras have a bad boy reputation but this is awful."
But some Para veterans applauded the troops.
The regiment's Facebook forum congratulated the soldiers.
One wrote: "Just wanted to applaud all the reg blokes smashing the redhead.
"Good to see you all still have it."
An Army spokesperson said: "The Royal Military Police have concluded that no criminal activity has taken place.
"The matter has been transferred to the unit’s Commanding Officer to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone found to be in breach of the Army’s values and standards."

The Army said it expected "the highest standards" from all personnel.
"Anyone not maintaining these standards will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken against them," a spokesperson added.
