Armed police swoop after Kentish Town shooting leaves man in hospital

Emergency services called following reports of a gun being fired

ARMED police swarmed on a residential north London street after man in his 20s was shot late last night.

The man remains in hospital with a gun shot wound to his leg.

Emergency services were called to reports of a gun being fired in Prince of Wales Road, Kentish Town, at 10.35pm.

Police told thethe man is in a stable condition.

No arrests have been made and enquiries continue.
