Tulsa hospital shooting – gunman made chilling call to wife as he shot dead 4 including doc he was ‘intent on killing’
A SHOOTER that killed four people inside a hospital called his wife during the massacre, according to police.
Cops said that Michael Louis, 45, stormed the Natalie Building at St Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 1 with "the intent to kill" a surgeon.
Tulsa Police revealed Louis’ wife called the cops and told them that he had called her either just before the massacre took place or during the shooting, according to
Cops said the shooter made the call to inform her what he was doing.
Louis bought a semi-automatic weapon from a pawn shop before going on his rampage as he looked for Dr. Preston Phillips.
Phillips had performed back surgery on Louis on May 19.

Tulsa Police Chief Wendell Franklin revealed that Louis made calls to the hospital to seek further treatment.
Cops said that he made several calls over several days as he complained about back pain.
Louis was seen by Phillips on May 24 but a week later, the gunman called the doctor to say he wanted more help.

Louis’ niece, who has not been identified, told the that police had found a note that outlined her uncle’s motive.
Officers have not revealed what the note said.
She said: “It’s just so shocking. Like if he had killed himself, okay. But those innocent people, that’s what I’m hurting about.”
She branded the massacre “shocking and crazy” and said she doesn’t want to be associated with Louis.
Louis also gunned down receptionist Stephanie Husen, nurse Amanda Glenn, and William Love – who had gone to the hospital with his wife to an appointment.
Franklin said: “They stood in the way and he gunned them down.”
'SHOCKING AND CRAZY'
Cheryl Lowry said her dad Love, a military veteran, was shot as he held the door shut to protect his wife.
She told the : “The shooter couldn’t get in, so he shot through the door and hit my dad.”
Fewer than 10 others were injured, authorities said.
Cops revealed several 911 calls came in around 4:52pm on the day of the shooting.
Gunfire was heard inside the building before cops said the last shot was heard around 4:58pm.
Officers presume it was when Louis killed himself.
The last shot was fired less than 40 seconds after cops stormed the building.
Police recovered a total of 37 casings from both guns from the crime scene.
Dr. Ryan Elizabeth Parker spoke about the victims at a news conference on Thursday.
Dr. Parker stated: "I know that all of my colleagues went into medicine to help people.
"We are supposed to be the ones that are caring for others during tragedies like this.
"To think that our caregivers were the victims is just incomprehensible to me."
"They died while serving others. They died in the line of duty."
