High Court bans publication of images stolen from Pippa Middleton’s iCloud account
Pictures believed to include shots of her sister the Duchess of Cambridge’s children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte
THE High Court has banned the publication of photos from Pippa Middleton’s iCloud account after she was the victim of a hacker.
The Sun revealed on Saturday how 3,000 photographs were stolen and offered for sale by a blackmailer demanding £50,000 within 48 hours.
The photographs included shots of her sister the Duchess of Cambridge’s children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
The images also included Pippa at a wedding dress fitting and a nude pic of her fiance, James Matthews.
The Duchess of Cambridge’s sister took civil court action against “a person or persons unknown” while Scotland Yard has tasked specialist officers to the case.
PlayStation geek Nathan Wyatt, 35, was quizzed by officers on Sunday after he was arrested on Saturday night on suspicion of an offence under the Computer Misuse Act.
He has since been released on bail until a date in late November.
Exclusive pictures published by The Sun show him with a fag in his mouth playing video games in his living room surrounded by kids’ plastic toys with a baby at his feet.
The Northamptonshire home he shares with fiancée Kelly Howell and their kids was being searched by forensic teams this weekend.
Lawyers said the Duchess of Cambridge’s sister, 33, fears stolen images — including snaps of Prince William, Kate and their children could appear online.
Mrs Justice Whipple granted an injunction banning publication of 3,000 snaps after lawyers told of the impact.
She said there had been an “appalling intrusion” into Pippa’s private life and there was “good reason” to fear her entire iCloud account was accessed.
The Sun was offered pics for “a minimum of £50,000” but blew the whistle.
