HAUNTING footage shows the moment the suspected shooter stalked the Robb Elementary School building before killing 19 children on Tuesday.
Governor Greg Abbott named 18-year-old Salvador Ramos as the gunman responsible for the massacre in Uvalde, Texas.
“He shot and killed horrifically and incomprehensibly 14 students and killed a teacher,” said Abbott in an initial press conference earlier in the day.
It was later revealed that a total of 21 people were killed, including 19 children and two teachers.
Also, 13 children are being treated at Uvalde Memorial along with a 45-year-old man who suffered a “graze,” said Abbott.
The suspect also allegedly shot his grandmother before entering the school.
Uvalde School Shooting
Two officers sustained non-life-threatening injuries, the governor said.
University Health in San Antonio said it had two patients from the incident - a 66-year-old woman and a 10-year-old-girl - both listed in critical condition.
Another 10-year-old girl is listed in good condition and a 9-year-old girl is in fair condition.
"We don't have a condition to release at this time," a statement from the hospital told the outlet.

Ramos was reportedly shot dead in a stand-off with Texas officials responding to calls of an active shooter in Robb Elementary School in Uvalde.
Texas State Senator Roland Gutierrez, speaking to CNN, said that Ramos, who was from North Dakota and moved to Uvalde, purchased the two weapons used in the attack on his 18th birthday from a dealer in the Uvalde area.
The shooting is the worst elementary school massacre since Sandy Hook in 2012.
Stoneman Douglas High School shooting left 17 teens dead and 17 others injured after suspected gunman Nikolas Cruz opened fire at students and staff on Valentine's Day in 2018.
Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said President Joe Biden has been briefed on the shooting and will continue to receive updates on the incident.
“President Biden has been briefed on the horrific news of the elementary school shooting in Texas and will continue to be briefed regularly as information becomes available,” she said in a statement.
“His prayers are with the families impacted by this awful event, and he will speak this evening when he arrives back at the White House.”
CHILLING FOOTAGE
Footage near the school showed the suspected gunman approaching the building while what sounds like gunfire going off in the background.
The video was shared on social media as concerned parents raced to the school searching for their children.
The alleged shooter engaged in a shootout with border patrol authorities before barricading himself inside the school.
Authorities confirmed that the suspect acted alone and the children who were killed and injured third, fourth and fifth grades.
“There is an active shooter at Robb Elementary. Law enforcement is on site.” The Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District said at the time. “Your cooperation is needed at this time by not visiting the campus. As soon as more information is gathered it will be shared.”
Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin initially told that the shooting took place off-campus, but the alleged shooter ran into the school and barricaded himself inside.
The school has since been evacuated and there is a heavy law enforcement presence in the area.
FIRST VICTIMS NAMED
The first victims in the shooting have been named.
Eva Mireles was a fourth-grade teacher at the elementary school. Her aunt, Lydia Martinez Delgado, shared photos of the woman on Facebook.
"I'm furious that these shootings continue. these children are innocent. Rifles should not be easily available to all. This is my hometown, a small community of less than 20,000," Delgado said in a statement, per ABC.
"I never imagined this would happen to especially loved ones ... All we can do is pray hard for our country, state, schools, and especially the families of all."
