The 18-year-old was carried by elder brother Nar to receive his Guinness World Records certificate in Kathmandu, Nepal.

He met tourist board chiefs in his home city who presented him with the declaration that barely came up to his chest.
The world’s shortest living female is 2ft tall Jyoti Amge, 28, from Nagpur in India.
She became a part of the Guinness World Records family in 2009, when she was confirmed as the world’s shortest teenager living (female) at 61.95 cm (2 ft).
