A MOM who killed an intruder who broke into her home while her three children were inside will not face any charges.
Police said the woman in her 30s shot the man in the chest after he entered the family home through the laundry room.
The deadly shooting happened in the 600 block of Kashmuir Place, near SouthSide Lions Park and Pecan Valley Drive in San Antonio, Texas, reports.
Cops said the mom heard the intruder was trying to break into the main door from the back of the house and quickly grabbed a gun and shot him twice.
Officers who arrived at the scene found the man with gunshot wounds sitting on a chair in the backyard.
The man whose name has not been released later died on the way to the hospital.
