A MAN has died after an accident at work in Aberdeen.
Police said officers were called to a report of an injured man on Jute Street at about 1.10pm on Wednesday.
He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary but died shortly after arrival.
Police Scotland said the death followed a "work-related incident".
A spokesman added: "Inquiries are at an early stage and a joint investigation with the Health and Safety Executive is ongoing."
An investigation is underway by the Health and Safety Executive after the tragedy.
It is unclear what injuries the man suffered on Jute Street.
