THE sick new propaganda video from ISIS features a blond-haired little boy executing a prisoner with a single shot to the back of the head.
Filmed in Mosul, in northern Iraq, the 15 minute video shows a western-looking lad, wearing combat fatigues, carrying a gun in a holster as a terrified prisoner sits on his knees in front of him.
Titled 'But If You Return, We Will Return 3', the clip shows the boy, who looks no older than ten, handing the gun to a twisted extremist thug who cocks the weapon and gives it back to the youngster.
The pair then point the pistol together at the man’s head and pull the trigger.
In the full version of the video, which was released on various ISIS outlets on September 19, the body of the prisoner is seen with blood pouring out of his head.
The narrator in the disturbing video calls the victim a ‘spy' captured in Wilayat Ninawa, a reference to Nineveh, an ancient name for an area of northern Iraq.
The Iraqi army are hoping to recapture Mosul from ISIS who have occupied the city since June, 2014.
This latest propaganda video follows another last month which featured five young boys – one of whom is thought to have been British – executing prisoners with handguns.
The slickly edited video shows the children standing behind kneeling prisoners clad in orange jump suits.
A four-year-old British boy Isa Dare, from south east London, has featured heavily in ISIS propaganda holding machine guns and raising his hands to the air shouting "Allahu Akbar".
The death cult is thought to be training at least 50 Brit kids to become killers, a shocking report claimed in July.
According to Europe’s law enforcement agency the jihadi thugs are indoctrinating youngsters to become a new generation of terrorists.
The troubling report goes on to say that these children could "pose a future threat" to European states.
Anti extremist organisation the Quilliam Foundation this year warned that around 30 tots from the UK are "growing up on jihad".
The report also revealed a large proportion of terrorists travelling to Syria and Iraq are now female.
Many of the women marry jihadi's soon after they arrive or have already married them online, before giving birth to children.
