His work, The Last Exorcist — My Fight Against Satan, was published in 2013
THE Vatican’s former exorcist Gabriele Amorth has died aged 91.
He had been suffering breathing problems.
Amorth — who said the Harry Potter books encourage kids to believe in black magic — entered the priesthood in 1954.
He became the Vatican’s chief exorcist in 1990.
Amorth practised prayer rituals, as opposed to casting out of demons, and claimed he had done so in 160,000 cases.
