Magistrates heard the pair repeatedly clashed after landscape gardener Wright moved next door to Mr Jones in Handforth, near Wilmslow, Cheshire, in 2019.

Wright was said to have shifted Mr Jones’s wheelie bin before it could be emptied.

He also piled rocks in front of his car and deliberately made noise by using his washing machine late at night.
