Body Coach Joe Wicks can’t contain his excitement after being made an MBE
BODY Coach and pandemic hero Joe Wicks said he “couldn’t believe it” yesterday as he was made an MBE.
The 36-year-old’s free, live online workouts were viewed by millions during months of lockdown.
Joe thanked his brother Nikki, who helps run his fitness empire, and said: “It’s kind of sinking in now. This is the real deal, this is happening.
“What an amazing thing, a lovely thing.”
TV judge Rob Rinder, 43, was also at Windsor Castle with his mother to collect MBEs for services to Holocaust education.
He said their mission had been to “teach the world what happens when we forget history”.

Rob recently travelled to Ukraine to report on the war — and said it meant “now more than ever (we should) remember what happens when we’re too complacent”.
The media personality warned his time in the war-torn region had showed him "life can turn on a dime" after witnessing families cross the border earlier in the month.
Mr Rinder said the experience had made him proud of being British, and that seeing so many people from the UK helping on the border was "a great light in all of the darkness".
"I saw in Ukraine on the borders some of the best of British everywhere, people who answered the call to be the best of who we could be."
