CARJACKING

Linda Frickey died after she was dragged by her own 2021 Nissan Kicks car as teens tried to take off with the vehicle.

NOPD Superintendent Shaun Ferguson said in a  that Frickey was dragged for “quite some time."

She died before first responders were able to get her to a hospital.

Police said they managed to get away with the vehicle before being arrested.

According to witnesses, Frickey got tangled in her seatbelt after being pushed out of the SUV.

Family members were left horrified by the senior’s death.

"They dragged her. No forethought. Dismembered her. Why?

“She was just a good person."
