AN EXPLETIVE-RIDDEN argument between a cyclist and a motorbike rider who cut him off has been caught on camera.
The heated quarrel is kicked off when the motorbike rider cuts off the cyclist as he peddles through a roundabout in Reading.
The cyclist can be heard complaining about being cut off at the Northumberland Avenue and Hartland Road spot, with the motorbike rider suddenly appearing after having mounted the kerb and ridden back along the footpath to confront the cyclist about 3.30pm on August 12.
Both the cyclist and motorbike rider then engage in a furious debate, with the motorbike rider immediately asking: "What's you problem?"
The cyclist also immediately begins speaking, saying: "What did you do that for? You nearly took me out."
The motorists can then be heard to grow increasingly irate with each other, debating the road rules and who was in the right.
As the fight escalates, the motorbike then begins to threaten the cyclist, saying: "Learn to ride properly or you'll get hit.
"F*** off before I knock you out."
He also challenges the cyclist, getting off his bike and walking menacingly towards him, saying: "You think you're bad because you've got a little camera on?" while refusing to pass over his registration details.
The cyclist ultimately rides away from the confrontation.
Even before the incident, the motorbikes could be heard speeding up behind the cyclist.
The original video was uploaded by uphillfreewheeler, who said: "The registered owner had recently sold the vehicle and the police would like to speak to this rider on suspicion of careless driving and public order offences.
He said the bike involved in the incident was a silver Yamaha R6.
The other bike that sped past the cyclist was identified as a black Kawasaki Ninja, with it also registered as untaxed.
One person commented on the video saying: "That frightened the crap out of me never mind you. It's really scary when you think our safety is in the hands of that."
Another wrote: "What a complete tool, clearly hasn't got any idea and quick to put the blame on you instead of admitting he was wrong!"
