"The room would also be smaller than the apartment I had before. What I got was a room so small that I couldn't fit my luggage and myself inside at the same time.

Natasha said others she spoke to were also unhappy with their rooms and they all witnessed prostitutes touting for business within the hotel.
David from Dundee blasted the BH Mallorca with similar concerns when he stayed earlier in the year.
He wrote on TripAdvisor: "This was a horrible place to stay for our weeks holidays; terrible staff, filthy rooms and the food was just terrible, every single one of both my party and the friends we met there got very upset stomachs, including 1 who ended up on a drip...not much of a holiday.
"Coupled with the filthy kitchens are the staff.....quick tempered, rude and with security menacingly demanding your room key at all times, we forgot our key twice and both times the bouncers (yes, the hotel has 24 hour bouncers...4 star of course) marched us to the reception and demanded to know if we were registered guests.
"They did this by grabbing my arm and force marching me in front of all the other guests. They were itching to get violent, you can just tell.
"Horrible place, horrible staff and a horrible trip."
