Average suburban home goes on the market for £625,000 – complete with its very own X-rated surprise

THIS average suburban home on sale for £625,000 ($849,000) comes complete with its very own X-rated surprise.
Dubbed "50 Shades of Maple Glen", the Pennsylvania property is just a short 40-minute drive to Philadelphia and New York.
The impressive property - nestled in the quiet suburbs of Maple Glen - has five bedrooms, a gym, three fireplaces and a sprawling backyard fit with a private patio and gazebo.
And it has its own full-blown sex dungeon that takes up an entire basement floor.
The sex chamber - described as a "private adult sexual oasis" in the listing - comes complete with props and materials for BDSM play like whips, chains and an aerial swing, realtor Melissa Leonard told .
Despite the listing going viral, Leonard was forced to take down photos of the sex room and and any description of it within 24 hours of it going up.
"I've never seen this in my life," Leonard told Business Insider.
Though most realtors "take out what makes homes unusual", Leonard said she and the owner wanted to "embrace" the property's unique feature.

But neighbours aren't thrilled and say it'll attract people who are only into that lifestyle.
"They're very angry," Leonard said.
"I don't think they really have the right to be upset."
She said a new could always choose to renovate the room however they choose to.
"It can just be a typical home if someone wants it to be that way."
The home - built in 1997 - and is located on Norristown Road and comes fully finished.
It has three fire places, three-and-a-half bathrooms fit with marble flooring and a huge walk-up attic.
The home is fitted with hardwood flooring and vaulted ceilings and it a short drive to sleep Ambler, which has just over 6,000 inhabitants.
According to Leonard, visitors can stay the night for £550 ($747).
"I hope we get a nice suburban family," she said.
