Apple Watch Series 2 revealed and this time you can wear it UNDERWATER

Tech firm unveils incredible new wearable that's designed to be worn whilst swimming

Apple has unveiled the next version of the Apple Watch, which is called the Series 2.

The device is designed to be waterproof so it can be worn while swimming.

This will allow tech fans to trace their work out, even if it involves a dip in the pool.

"We think swimmers are going to love this," said the man in charge of the Watch team.

The Watch will also have GPS fitted, so you can go hiking without having to carry your phone.

It will offer guidance on which directions to take as well as providing walkers with information about the landmarks they will pass on the way.

The device will be available in a variety of fruity flavours (which can be seen above) and comes fitted with Watch OS 3, Apple's new operating system.

"We think Apple Watch is the ultimate device for a healthy life," Apple added.

The firm as also linked up with Nike to make something "special" for runners, which is called the Apple Watch Nike Plus and can be seen below.

It's basically a new version of the Apple Watch in a fairly garish colour scheme.

The two firms claim the device is "the perfect running partner".
