Stunned H&M shopper claims to have heard amorous couple having sex in changing room
Young woman said she felt 'too embarrassed' to tell shop staff
A SHOCKED customer claims she heard a couple having sex in a H&M store CHANGING ROOM as she went to try on clothes.
The 24-year-old shopper said she had walked into one of the cubicles to try on clothes herself in the Cheltenham store on Monday when she heard "kissing and sex noises" coming from the one next to her.
The woman, who asked not to be named, told : "At first, I thought nothing of the fact that the changing room I had tried to go in was empty but had clothes hanging up.
"I just figured the girl was talking to a friend or looking in a mirror somewhere.
"But then I started hearing kissing, and it became almost constant. I realised she must have gone into the one next to mine, which had the curtains firmly drawn."

The young woman claims she was too embarrassed to tell staff what as going on.
She added: "I didn't report it – I thought about it, but I wasn't sure what they could have done.
"But I'm really surprised that a couple were doing that next to me – there could have been children there. I've never experienced anything like that before in public."
According to the woman, the cubicle's curtains were tightly drawn and she left too quickly to see anybody leave the changing area.
H&M said it is looking into the alleged incident.
A spokeswoman added: "H&M does not tolerate this kind of behaviour in any of its stores."
