Suspect Justin Johnson took to his Instagram account on Saturday, January 8, 2022, to announce he would be turning himself in to the police in regards to the claims he was involved in the unsolved Young Dolph case.
Johnson maintained his innocence, writing: "Turning Myself In Monday @201 I'm Innocent I'll Be Back Sooner Than You Can Blink."
Johnson did not end up turning himself in on the Monday he stated he would.
