Disgraced entertainer Rolf Harris is making 50p a week from music royalties
His once-loved hits Jake The Peg and Two Little Boys have earned him £13 in six months
JAILED paedo Rolf Harris is still earning 50p a week from music royalties.
The disgraced entertainer made £13 in the last six months through his once-loved hits Jake The Peg and Two Little Boys.
One source told the : “It’s good to know that not too many ghouls are downloading his music for old time’s sake or to support him because they still claim that he is innocent.”
In 2014 Harris was jailed for five years for molesting four girls as young as seven between 1968 and 1986.
Campaigners fighting for his release say the 86-year-old is still popular - despite the Support Justice For Rolf Harris page on Facebook having just 525 likes.
His old albums are still for sale on iTunes, with some up for grabs for £6.99.
Police have confirmed that they are investigating fresh allegations of abuse against Harris.
Last month he was back in court facing charges of sexual assault against seven women and girls, one of who was under 13 at the time of the alleged crime.
Harris has denied the new offences and a trial is due to start in January.
Last week his family were reportedly making a desperate plea for him to be moved to a prison closer to their home.
Lawyers have been instructed to appeal for a move closer to the family’s Berkshire home so wife Alwen can visit more often.
