A MAN named Donald Trump has been showered with gifts and offers of penthouses, flight upgrades and property deals - but he is not the controversial presidential candidate.
This Donald lives in the deep south of the USA in Clanton, Alabama and may be a Donald but is certainly not The Donald.
Donald L. Trump (not Donald J. Trump) is an animal lover who works in cyber security at Maxwell Air Force Base in the southern State who has had both good and bad experiences with sharing his name with the Republican nominee.
He says the Trump jokes started in 1987 when his namesake Billionaire businessman's New Jersey American Football team, The Generals won a game.
At the time Alabama Trump was stationed with the US Air Force in Kyoto, Japan and fellow Airman began congratulating him.
He said: "That was the point where I started learning about Donald Trump."
