Inside apartment where model Christy Giles and her friend spent their final hours before being left for dead
CHRISTY Giles' and her friend Hilda Cabrales' last known location before being dumped outside hospitals was a filthy apartment rented by two suspects linked to their deaths.
Exclusive pictures obtained on Thursday by The Sun show the inside of the chaotic home that Dave Pearce, 39 and his roommate Brandt Osborn, 42, shared.
The pair had been living together at the cluttered living quarters in Beverly Hills for about six months, according to landlord Alex Azari.
Azari, who was changing the apartment’s door locks on Thursday morning, exclusively described Pearce as a “creepy” guy that caused “all kinds of crap all the time.”
“Pearce has not paid rent in quite some time because he claimed that $40,000 in computer equipment was damaged by a leak in the roof and because of that he was not paying,” the landlord said.
“He hadn’t paid for about six months but because of the moratorium on evictions I couldn’t throw him out.

“Pearce made a lot of trouble for all the neighbours and made a lot of noise at off hours.”
Azari said he had no idea that Pearce even had a roommate as he was never given permission to sublet.
“David Pearce was renting the apartment under another name and I didn’t even know about his roommate (Osborn),” Azari said.
“I have never even seen this roommate before and Pearce was not authorised to have a roommate.

“It’s finished now, they can’t come back here and all of their stuff is going to go because the place is now considered abandoned. It’s over.”
The inside of the apartment was in disarray with boxes spread around the room, dusty tables and furniture and bottles of liquor on the tables.

The unorganized desk and tables held different menus from various night clubs like Marquee Las Vegas and strip clubs.
The apartment also featured a full-sized pool table and posters for Hollywood classics such as The Godfather.
Downstairs neighbor Joseph Nikravsh, 75, told The Sun that he saw Osborn being arrested by detectives on Wednesday afternoon.
He said: “There were four of five policemen, one was a woman and they were not wearing uniform.
“They came at about 3pm and took David Pearce’s roommate (Osborn) away.”
Joseph explained that in recent weeks Pearce had begun to move his stuff out of the apartment with Osborn’s help.
THE HORRIFIC DEATH
Model Christy, 24, and interior designer Hilda Cabrales-Arzola, 26, had been on a night out and the pair left with three men to go to an afterparty in the Hollywood Hills - but never made it there.
Christy was found dead outside Southern Hospital in Culver City, and Hilda was abandoned two hours later at another West LA where she was declared brain dead and died after two weeks in a coma.
CCTV footage from the hospital showed two men wearing all black, bandanas over their faces and driving a car without license plates dropping Christy off, according to her family.
Christy’s phone showed she had texted Hilda at around 5.30am on November 13 to say “Let’s get out of here” with the wide eyes emoji.
Hilda replied “Yes” and said she had called for an Uber - but after that Christy did not read or respond to any more texts sent to her.
Roommates Pearce and Osborn were previously spotted leaving their apartment which is the last known location for Christy and Hilda in exclusive pics obtained by The Sun.
The two men were arrested by Los Angeles police in connection with the deaths of the two women in addition to Mike Ansbach, 47.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office, Pearce is being held on a $1million bail, while Osborn and Ansbach are being held on a $100,000 bail.
Friends and family claim the women were drugged against their will in their apartment on the border between Beverly Hills and the Pico-Robertson area after they visited the club.
