Beauty queen reveals terrifying moment Chris Brown ‘put gun to her head after she complimented another man’s jewellery’
Baylee Curran says she 'didn't want anything to escalate' as rapper is released on bail after arrest on suspicion for assault with a deadly weapon
THE woman who caused Chris Brown to be involved in a near 14 hour stand off with cops says she was left "terrified when the singer pulled a gun on her and pointed it at her face.
Baylee Curran, who was a guest at the singer's Los Angeles home, told abc news on he brandished the weapon after becoming angry when she made a compliment about another man's jewellery.
Curran reportedly dropped the purse when she was chased by security staff out of the hotel but managed to flee with the its contents.
Big Apple cops issued a warrant – known as an I-Card – which will allow them to detain and question her if she returns to New York.
The model claims the incident with Brown started when she was "admiring a piece of jewellery" in his sprawling L.A home.
Cops were called to the £3million property by Curran, who alleges the star pointed a weapon at her head.
Curran, the winner of Miss California Regional 2016, alleges the singer demanded she "get the f*** out" and pointed a gun at her.
She told the site Brown appeared to be "out of it" on "drugs or alcohol".
Cops recovered a duffel bag with at least one gun, other weapons and drugs, when the star, 27, threw it out of the window.
Cops waited outside the property for a search warrant after Brown refused to respond to their requests to open the door.
At 12.30pm on Wednesday the rapper's attorney Mark Geragos arrived at the house and it was thought the star was going to surrender to the police.
Brown's entourage filed out of the property at 12.49pm and police checked them for weapons.
The luxury mansion is in the Tarzana area of Los Angeles and a spokesman for the LAPD confirmed they had gone to the house after a 911 call from a woman needing assistance.
As the incident unfolded, Brown took to Instagram posting a series of videos ranting about what was happening.
He said he was "too tired" to be dealing with police and had been woken up to the sound of circling helicopters.
He ranted: "So I’m sleep half the damn night. I just wake up. All these mother***ing helicopter choppers is around.
"Police out there at the gate. What the f*** hell else do you want from me?
"I don’t f*** ugly b**ches, trifling b**ches, whatever else."
The rapper went on to say he thought the police were overreacting: "I’m way too tired to be dealing with this bulls***.
"Every three months you come up with something. What’s gonna be next?
"At the same time when I call the police for stalker people that are endangering my life, they don’t come ‘til the next day.
"Let somebody make a f***ed-up allegation about me, and 'oh yeah the whole f***ing swat team.'"
