Representatives for Brown did not respond to a request for comment, however his attorney had branded the allegations "demonstrably false" taking to Twitter on Wednesday.

The model was reportedly dethroned after a series of allegations against her including the pageant’s discovery of ‘racy photos.’

The pageant released a statement confirming that Cyrran had lost her title and had refused to return her crown and sash.

The statement said: "Miss Curran has been dethroned as of July this year due to a breach of contract.

“We do not condone the alleged actions of Mr. Brown or his associates, however, Miss Curran has incorrectly identified herself as Miss California Regional."

It has emerged that Curran, is wanted by New York cops for allegedly stealing a luxury purse.

reports that police documents state that the model was staying at the city’s The Plaza hotel with friends in 2013 when she snatched a £763 Louis Vuitton bag which contained around £150 along with credit cards and an expensive Michael Kors wallet.

Curran reportedly dropped the purse when she was chased by security staff out of the hotel but managed to flee with the its contents.

Big Apple cops issued a warrant – known as an I-Card – which will allow them to detain and question her if she returns to New York.

The model claims the incident with Brown started when she was "admiring a piece of jewellery" in his sprawling L.A home.

Cops were called to the £3million property by Curran, who alleges the star pointed a weapon at her head.

TMZ has also reported that investigators tested Grammy winner Brown for drugs when he arrived at the police station.

During her interview with the celebrity news outlet, Curran was asked about the use of drugs and alcohol at the singer's home. The model refused to answer any questions relating to the use of controlled substances.

Early reports claimed Brown threw a duffel bag containing drugs and at least one weapon out of the window of his home during the stand-off with police.

Following the dramatic 11-hour stand-off with police, Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos tweeted: "Thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes. Chris is out and well. The allegations against him are demonstrably false."

The mother of Brown’s daughter Royalty claims the child was at his home when the alleged assault and subsequent siege took place.

Guzman reportedly picked the child up the next morning and took her to school.

But Brown’s lawyer Geragos has called the claims "categorically untrue," saying: "She wasn't and isn't here."

Brown, who was convicted of the brutal assault of pop-superstar Rihanna in 2009, is expected to appear in court on September 20.

He is said to have barricaded himself in his home, only surrendering after cops got a search warrant.

Authorities say he was arrested and taken to a police station in downtown Los Angeles.

Cops interviewed and patted down about half a dozen other people at the property.

The charge of assault with a deadly weapon could lead to four years in prison.

Brown posted a series of ranting videos online about harassment after police surrounded the property.

According to , the stand-off was sparked by a 911 call at around 3am on Tuesday in which Curran claimed she was admiring a piece of jewellery when Brown and a friend "went nuts."

Curran, the winner of Miss California Regional 2016, alleges the singer demanded she "get the f*** out" and pointed a gun at her.

She told the site Brown appeared to be "out of it" on "drugs or alcohol".

Cops waited outside the property for a search warrant after Brown refused to respond to their requests to open the door.

At 12.30pm on Wednesday the rapper's attorney Mark Geragos arrived at the house and it was thought the star was going to surrender to the police.

Brown's entourage filed out of the property at 12.49pm and police checked them for weapons.

The luxury mansion is in the Tarzana area of Los Angeles and a spokesman for the LAPD confirmed they had gone to the house after a 911 call from a woman needing assistance.

As the incident unfolded, Brown took to Instagram posting a series of videos ranting about what was happening.

He said he was "too tired" to be dealing with police and had been woken up to the sound of circling helicopters.

He ranted: "So I’m sleep half the damn night. I just wake up. All these mother***ing helicopter choppers is around.

"Police out there at the gate. What the f*** hell else do you want from me?

The rapper went on to say he thought the police were overreacting:  "I’m way too tired to be dealing with this bulls***.

"At the same time when I call the police for stalker people that are endangering my life, they don’t come ‘til the next day.

"Let somebody make a f***ed-up allegation about me, and 'oh yeah the whole f***ing swat team.'"

According to , earlier in the day a large group of friends had been socialising at the mansion, including Kim Kardashian's infamous ex Ray J.

Then another guest arrived with two women.

The man was invited in but the women were not.

Ray J was apparently getting a tattoo when the disagreement first happened, but then left a few hours later.

Police impounded his BMW as evidence, which meant he had to take an Uber home.

Aerial pictures show police officers on the perimeter of the property and a deflated bouncy castle could be seen in the grounds.

Curran told the site she has partied with Brown before, and he always seemed very nice.

When she tried to leave the property, she says Brown's people didn't want her to take her cellphone unless she signed a non-disclosure agreement.

She refused to sign and she and her friend left.

On Tuesday she posted a video to Instagram saying: 'Do you all think I honestly wanted this? And I caused this?

"If somebody put a gun to your head what would you do? Call the police?"

Cops told media outside of the mansion at a press conference that after initially being aggravated, Brown was co-operating.

LAPD Lt. Chris Ramirez said: "We're getting the cooperation of everyone that came out."

No arrests have been made.

Geragos told he was inside the home with Brown, who says he has done nothing wrong.

Earlier in the day cops had said they were "trying to make contact with the residents here in Tarzana" but were failing.

And an officer told reporters outside the home: "We need their co-operation in order to deal with this in a peaceful manner."

Brown also plugged his new track in the Instagram rants and referred to the Black Lives Matter movement.

He went on to say media reports were saying the stand-off more serious than it actually was. He wrote: "'Barricaded myself in my house?' Have you seen my house! Imma barricade myself in a palace! I’m not coming out! But what? I ain’t did s***. I ain’t gonna do s***! You idiots. I’m tried of f**ing with it all. You’re the worse gang in the world, the police. And I said it. F*** you."

The rapper has had numerous run ins with the law starting with his infamous conviction for assaulting Rihanna, who he was then dating, in February 2009.

He was sentenced to five years of probation,  one year of domestic violence counselling, and six months of community service.

His probation was lifted last year.

He narrowly avoided jail for three months in 2014 for violating his probation when he allegedly hit a man in Washington. It was then revoked in January last year after a report claimed he had a "knack" for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

In June this he was accused of stamping on a man's head during a nightclub appearance at the Cannes Film Festival.

Cops are said to have been called to his house five times this year due to complaints of disturbing of the peace.
