Celebrities back our Xmas Cards For Kids appeal to bring joy to children living with cancer
CELEBRITIES are backing our Xmas Cards For Kids appeal – and you can join them to bring a bit of joy to children living with cancer.
Every penny you spend on our limited-edition Christmas cards will be used to buy presents for children who are living with the disease this festive season.
Ex-Love Islander Maura Higgins said: “What a great campaign, and so wonderful that children have drawn these cards to help other kids with cancer receive a special present.”
Fellow former Love Islander Zara McDermott said: “The Xmas Cards For Kids campaign is brilliant. I urge people to buy these cards.”
Comedian Mel Giedroyc said: “I will be buying these cards — they are totally fabulous, and for such a wonderful cause. I urge people to buy them.”
TV gardener Alan Titchmarsh added: “I think cards like this which raise funds for children are such a wonderful idea.”
Rapper Marcel Somerville said: “I urge people to buy these cards so that as many presents as possible can be bought for children treated for cancer away from home.”
TV sport presenter Jake Humphrey, vice-president of , added: “Please buy a pack and help to put a smile on the faces of children with cancer this Christmas.”
HOW TO BUY CARDS
THESE cracking cards are available online at younglivesvs and from any of the charity’s 13 shops.
Each pack, printed courtesy of , contains 12 cards – four of each winning design – and costs £4.
Your cards will arrive within three days – plenty of time to write and send them to loved ones for Christmas.
Young Lives vs Cancer has charity shops in Gloucester plus Bridgwater, Clevedon, Wells and Yeovil in Somerset; Downend, Fishponds, Staple Hill and Keynsham near Bristol; Exeter, Newton Abbot and Tiverton in Devon; and Saltash in Cornwall.
