Slim 400 ‘dead’ at 33: Rapper ‘shot and killed’ in Los Angeles as fans pay tribute to Bruisin star
RAPPER Slim 400 was allegedly shot and killed in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
has reported that the up-and-coming rapper was gunned down in Inglewood last night.
Information about potential suspects has not been released and it is unclear if anyone has been arrested for the alleged killing.
Slim 400, whose real name is Vincent Cohran, was best known for his hit track Bruisin.
The star was born in Germany but moved to Los Angeles as a young child and was raised in Compton.
He was discovered and signed by Pu$haz Ink music label, which is best known for making YG and DJ Mustard popular.
Following the news, fans rushed to social media to send their condolences to the young star.

"Damn this one hurts," one fan wrote, while another said "I thought I was dreamin."
The star's tragic death comes just two years after he was involved in a shooting.
Cohran was shot multiple times and underwent surgery following the attack, the reported at the time.
He was in serious condition, but eventually recovered.
Just hours before his death, Slim 400 had posted an Instagram story paying tribute to late rapper Young Dolph.
Dolph, whose real name is Adolph Robert Thornton Jr, 36, was gunned down at Makeda's Cookies in on November 17.
Maurice Hill, the owner of the shop where the shooting happened, told his employees said Dolph walked into the store to buy cookies.
The owner then claimed that someone drove up and shot and killed the rapper at roughly 1pm. He also told that the star was hit while he was buying cookies
