SINGER Chris Brown has been arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after he was involved in an 11-hour stand-off with cops at his LA mansion.
According to reports police were called to the £3 million property by beauty queen Baylee Curran, who alleges the star pointed a weapon at her.
Brown allegedly shouted "come and get me" and threw a bag containing guns, drugs and other weapons out of a window.
He is said to have barricaded himself in his home, only surrendering after cops got a search warrant.
Authorities say he was arrested and taken to a police station in downtown Los Angeles.
According to Los Angeles County jail records, the pop star was released from custody at around 11:15 p.m local time after posting $250,000 bail.
Cops interviewed and patted down about half a dozen other people at the property.
The charge of assault with a deadly weapon could lead to four years in prison.
Brown posted a series of ranting videos online about harassment after police surrounded the property.
According to , the stand-off was sparked by a 911 call at around 3am on Tuesday in which Curran claimed she was admiring a piece of jewellery when Brown and a friend "went nuts."
Curran, the winner of Miss California Regional 2016, alleges the singer demanded she "get the f*** out" and pointed a gun at her.
She told the site Brown appeared to be "out of it" on "drugs or alcohol."
Cops recovered a duffel bag with at least one gun, other weapons and drugs, when the star, 27, threw it out of the window.
According to one neighbour, who spoke to , screams were heard in the early hours of the morning.
The man, known only as Isaac said: "It was about 3.30am in the morning I heard something...'help, help' and screams."
He added he lived quite far from the property.
Cops were outside the property as they waited for a search warrant to get inside, after Brown refused to respond to their requests to open the door.
At 12.30pm on Wednesday the rapper's attorney Mark Geragos arrived at the house, and it was thought the star was going to surrender to the police.
Brown's entourage filed out of the property at 12.49pm and police checked them for weapons.
The luxury mansion is in the Tarzana area of Los Angeles and a spokesman for the LAPD confirmed they had gone to the house after a 911 call from a woman needing assistance.

Meanwhile as the incident unfolded, Brown took to Instagram posting a series of videos ranting about what was happening.
He said he was "too tired" to be dealing with police and had been woken up to the sound of circling helicopters.
Brown ranted in his post: "So I’m sleep half the damn night.
"I just wake up.
"All these mother***ing helicopter choppers is around.
"Police out there at the gate.
"Come on my n***!
"What the f*** hell else do you want from me?
"I stay out the way, take care of my daughter, do work.
"I don’t f*** ugly b**ches, trifling b**ches, whatever else."
The rapper went on to say he thought the police were overreacting: "I’m way too tired to be dealing with this bulls***.
"Every three months you come up with something.
"What’s gonna be next?
"At the same time when I call the police for stalker people that are endangering my life, they don’t come ‘til the next day.
"Let somebody make a f***ed up allegation about me, and “oh yeah the whole f***ing swat team."
Police confirmed they had attempted to reach out to representatives of Brown to try and speak to the star, who would not come to the door of the property.
According to earlier in the day a large group of friends had been socialising at the mansion, including Kim Kardashian's infamous ex Ray J.
Then another guest arrived with two women.
The man was invited in but the women were not.

Curran told the site she has partied with Brown before, and he always seemed very nice.
However this time she claims he appeared to be "out of it" on "drugs or alcohol."
Curran called cops at around 3am, and alleged Brown had pulled his weapon as they argued.
When she tried to leave the property, she says Brown's people didn't want her to take her cell phone unless she signed a non-disclosure agreement.
She then refused to sign and she and her friend left.
On Tuesday Curran posted a video to Instagram saying: 'Do you all think I honestly wanted this? And I caused this?

LAPD Robbery-Homicide Division detectives executed a search warrant on the property.
LAPD Lt. Chris Ramirez said: "We're getting the cooperation of everyone that came out."
No arrests have been made in the matter.

Earlier in the day cops had said they were "trying to make contact with the residents here in Tarzana" but were failing.
And an officer told reporters outside the home. "We need their co-operation in order to deal with this in a peaceful manner."
Brown also plugged his new track in the Instagram rants he posted as events unfolded and referred to the Black Lives Matter movement.
He went on to say media reports were saying the stand-off more serious than it actually was: "'Barricaded myself in my house?' Have you seen my house! Imma barricade myself in a palace! "I’m not coming out!" But what? I ain’t did s***. I ain’t gonna do s***! You idiots. I’m tried of f**ing with it all. You’re the worse gang in the world, the police. And I said it. F*** you."
The rapper has had numerous run ins with the law in the past - it all began with his conviction for assaulting Rihanna, who he was then dating, in February 2009.
He was sentenced to five years of probation, one year of domestic violence counselling, and six months of community service.
His probation was lifted last year.
He also nearly went to jail for three months in 2014 for violating his probation when he allegedly hit a man in Washington. It was then revoked in January last year after a report claimed he had a "knack" for being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
He was in the same place as two shootings, but was not involved with either.
In June this year the rapper was at the Cannes Film Festival and accused of stamping on a man's head while making a club appearance.
Cops are also said to have been to his house five times this year, due to complaints of disturbing of the peace.
