A DEVASTATED mum has paid tribute to her "beautiful princess" daughter, who died just a day after being sent home from hospital with a suspected migraine.
Theia Mckie, seven, passed away in Scotland on Wednesday after medics discharged her from a ward.
The little one was rushed to hospital in Dumfries on Monday.
Medics diagnosed her with a migraine and sent her home in Tuesday.
However, her worried parents feared something was badly wrong after she returned home.
Mum Tracey told friends on Facebook that the schoolgirl's condition was worsening - and she was screaming in pain every time she looked at a light.
She wrote: "My little missy is in agony. I’m at a total loss.”
Devastatingly, Theia died the next day.

The mum described her daughter as "bright, funny, sassy, and always smiling" and said she loved to "sing and dance and draw" and "just loved to love".
