Lilly's mother officially reported her at 5:26pm on Tuesday after she was unable to contact her daughter.

The Westminster Police Department began a neighborhood door-to-door search for her on Wednesday morning.

WPD said Lilly does not have a cellphone but does have a tablet, but it is not turned on.

Before the Amber Alert, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued an Endangered Missing Alert for the 11-year-old.

The Westminster Police Department said the alert was issued due to time and weather conditions.

Lilly is about 5 feet 2 inches tall and 111 pounds, with auburn hair.

Police said she was last seen wearing a red fleece button-up outfit, all-black glasses, and an orange backpack.

Police are reportedly using drones and FLIR thermal cameras to check the neighborhood.

Lakes and parks in the area are also being searched.

WPD is urging anyone with information to email their tip line at tips@cityofwestminster.us or call 303-706-3033.
