Drugs mule Melissa Reid gets cosy with new man weeks after being freed from Peru jail
The 23-year-old and her new beau were seen 'snogging away' in an Edinburgh pub as the smuggler settles back into life at home
DRUGS mule Melissa Reid has been spotted cosying up to a new man just weeks after being freed from a Peru jail.
The 23-year-old and her new beau were seen "snogging away" in an Edinburgh pub.
Her boyfriend was spotted slipping his hand inside her waistcoat as the pair got intimate on an afternoon out.
One onlooker told the: "There were plenty of booths and quiet corners, but she was standing in the middle of the pub next to a pillar, kissing and hugging the guy.
"She seemed a wee bit on edge but certainly wasn't trying to hide.
"They were snogging away and he was spinning her around. Her arms were around him the whole time and they were taking selfies on her phone."
The loved-up pair left the pub with a takeaway and headed towards Waverley Station holding hands, the local said.
She added: "I knew it was Melissa the moment she walked in."
Melissa has reportedly not been seen out and about much since returning home from a stint in a Peru jail.
The drug smuggler, from Lenzie, near Glasgow, served nearly half of a six-year prison sentence for trying to smuggle £1.5million of cocaine out of Peru.
