Shocking moment Insulate Britain protesters walk into oncoming traffic on M25 as they block roads 16 times in 6 weeks
INSULATE Britain protesters today wreaked more havoc on Britain's roads walking INTO oncoming traffic on the M25.
The climate warriors staged yet another protest along the tarmac as Essex Police confirmed they had been called to a "disruption" where ten people were arrested.
The eco-mob had previously told The Telegraph they might call off the sit-in over the drizzle.
But the mob went ahead, saying they decided to "change tactics" and instead walk into oncoming traffic.
The group said the decision to stop sitting in the middle of roads to block vehicles had been made following "feedback" that many drivers were frustrated by their actions.
Two groups of walkers were seen slowly ambling head on into traffic after idiots lying on the wet road were forcibly removed by police this morning.
Footage from the earlier scenes saw protesters lying on the damp road as police attempted to remove them after 14 eco activists descended on the motorway.
High vis-clad eco warriors can be seen milling around the stretch of the M25, which is largely empty, in the scenes, posted by LBC.
The soggy protest defied a High Court injunction banning them from 4,300 miles of motorways and major A-roads.
Bleating protesters branded the injunction, which also prohibits them from gluing themselves to roads, " bullying.
It comes as The Sun revealed the tactic could actually be harming the environment due to a cocktail of chemical ingredients in the super-strength adhesive.
Earlier today demonstrators briefly entered the carriageway near Junction 28 and 29 of the motorway, intending to walk down the white lines marking traffic lanes.
But Essex Police responded quickly to the incident and the activists were removed from the road, with ten arrested.
