Flat in Camden on sale for just £250,000 but it’s derelict after being ravaged by fire and the toilet is disgusting
A FIRE-damaged studio flat with one of the dirtiest toilets in Britain has gone on sale for almost £250,000.
The grim pad - in central London - is just 236sq ft, about the same size as an average garage.
The tired flat is being marketed on Rightmove by central London agents Frank Harris & Co, but even they admit it is in dire need of some TLC.
But its new owner will have to be brave as even the property description admits it is “run down and in disrepair.”
However, there is a glimmer of hope for prospective buyers as other flats in the block are going for up to £325,000.
Pictures show what appears to be smoke damage with every room appearing blackened and charred.
In the main studio room, parts of the roof are peeling off while wallpaper has crumbled from the far wall.
And in the bathroom, soot clings to the walls while the toilet is covered in mess and debris.

Bizarrely there appears to be a fresh, white, and unscathed toilet roll sitting on the blackened sink.
Pictures of other units next door show gleaming white walls, light-filled living rooms, and even compact but stylish kitchens.
The flat is in Russell Court on Woburn Place in Bloomsbury, which lies in the pricey borough of Camden.
It is advertised as being a stone’s throw from Russell Square Station but only contains a studio room, bathroom, hallway, and cupboard and at 236sq ft is pretty compact.
A description reads: “OFFERS OVER £249,000. This derelict property in Russell Court is a great opportunity for renovation due to the fact it is run down and in disrepair.
“Viewings are highly recommended on this studio.
"Russell Court is a stone’s throw away from Russell Square station.”
It added that its plus points were being in a secure block, a share of the freehold, concierge, close to amenities and added: “Lots of potential.”
Other tiny flats have recently sold for crazy prices, with one incredibly puny-sized one in Notting Hill on offer for £150,000 despite being just 79sq ft.
Another tiny apartment in Bayswater is priced at £250,000, despite buyers having to squeeze past a fridge in the hallway to get to the loo.
