Telly chef and dad-of-five Jamie Oliver bans baby buggies from his Newquay restaurant Fifteen just weeks after birth of his child
TELLY chef and dad-of-five Jamie Oliver has a ban on baby buggies at his seafront restaurant.
Fifteen insists it has space for babies only in car seats, or in the venue’s own high chairs.
However the popular seafront set eatery makes room for wheelchair users, guide dogs and hearing dogs.
One disappointed mother found out about the rule after carrying her pushchair down a set of steep stairs.

She said: “Despite our child being asleep and there being empty tables with lots of space around them, we were told this was the policy.
"Considering Jamie has five kids we were very shocked.”
Jamie’s wife Jools gave birth to their newest child this month.
Fifteen, in Newquay, Cornwall, confirmed: “We don’t have room for pushchairs in the restaurant.
“The baby would need to included in the number of people booked for the table so we have enough room to pop a chair there for the car seat to sit on, or for a highchair if they are awake.”
