'DIE FAWAZ'
George Michael’s ex Fadi Fawaz sprayed a death message to his brother on church walls
GEORGE Michael’s ex- love Fadi Fawaz sprayed a death message to his own brother on a church.
Fawaz, 45, wrote “Die Fawaz” in red paint.
He was nicked near 13th century St Katharine Cree church in the City of London in February.
Fawaz — who had the same words on his jacket — told police he “didn’t know it was an offence” to spray paint walls.
David Burns, prosecuting, said Fawaz claimed he did it “because he hates his family”.
Fawaz, of Camden, North London, must pay £420 in compensation.
The ex-celebrity hairstylist, left nothing by George when the star died in 2016, was sentenced in his absence after a third failure to show for a criminal damage trial before Westminster JPs.
The hair stylist has a history of failing to attend court.
