BRIAN Laundrie may have been pictured in a couple’s selfie at a Florida campsite 75 miles from his home - days before his fiancée Gabby Petito was reported missing.
It comes as his family's attorney Steve Bertolino confirmed that the 23-year-old and his stayed at the Fort De Soto Park on September 6.
Park records say the Laundries' left the site on September 8.
A couple, from Fort Myers, alleges they camped next to the family at the park.
A man can be seen walking through the park grounds in the background of a family selfie. It's not known if is in the photograph.
The individual appears to be wearing black shorts but is not wearing a t-shirt. It's not known when the selfie was taken.
Marci Newsom told : “We checked in on Labor Day. Apparently, they were in the campground when we were they and they checked in right next to us."
She claimed that she saw a red truck with a camper attached to it.

Marci and her husband Kenny alleged it was similar to the vehicle that has been parked outside Laundrie's parents' home in North Port.

The reality TV star told : "They were registered, went through the gate. They’re on camera. They were here.
"We think at least if he’s not here right now, we are sure he was caught on camera as he went in the gate — that he was here for sure. Not over in the swamp."
Dog - real name Duane Chapman - added: "Allegedly, what we’re hearing, is two people left on the 8th. Three people came in on the 6th, and two people left on the 8th. I think he’s been here for sure."
Cops said on Monday that they are not investigating the area and are unaware of any confirmed sightings of Laundrie, according to local reports.
Reporter Daniela Hurtado acquired documentation from Pinellas County Parks that shows Roberta Laundrie checked into the campground on September 6 and left on September 8.
ALLEGED SIGHTING
The records, however, do not reveal who - if anyone - was accompanying Roberta Laundrie during the visit.
Bertolino pushed back against Dog’s allegations that Brian didn’t return home with his parents.
He said in a statement: “That Dog doesn’t know what he’s talking about.”
Bertolino added that Brian and his parents went to "other places on two different dates" which the FBI is allegedly aware of.
He said: "So Brian obviously returned home after camping and what that dog is spewing is nothing but baloney."
It has also since emerged that Fort De Soto Park together back in February.
At the time, uploaded a picture of Brian smiling as he stands behind bars at the park's historical fort.
In a review posted to the travel website The Dyrt, the couple described the site as a "beautiful area" as it had many hiking trails, a nice camp store, and "well-maintained" sites.

Laundrie was reported missing on September 17 - days after allegedly telling his family that he was going for a hike in a nature reserve in Sarasota, .
The 23-year-old returned to the state alone on September 1 without Gabby - weeks after starting a cross-country road trip.
Gabby was reported missing by her family on September 11. Her in a Wyoming national park.
A found that Petito as a result of a homicide. The vlogger's official cause of death has not been disclosed.
Laundrie was named as a person of interest in the case as he was accused of hindering the investigation.
The FBI has also issued a warrant for his arrest. He is accused of swiping a Capital One debit card and running up a $1,000 balance from August 31 until September 1.
