Who is Ana Navarro?
Born December 28, 1971, Navarro, 49, currently serves as alongside Hostin, Joy Behar, and .
She also works as a political contributor at CNN and CNN en Español.
A 1993 graduate of the University of Miami, Navarro has a bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies and Political Science and went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate in 1997.
Navarro's law career focuses on Latin American and Hispanic issues.

Navarro has long been an outspoken critic of former President and his supporters.
Despite this, Navarro is a member of the and hopes that one day the party will "return to its roots."
with American University's Sociology professor Jane Hall, Navarro revealed what she hopes will happen to the party.
When asked: "When the Republican Party has changed so much from when you first joined, what makes you stay in the party and gives you hope?"
Navarro responded: "That it will return to its traditional roots. And I'm not sure that I'm feeling hopeful. There's this part of me that really rejects the idea of being kicked out by Trump, a guy who was a Democrat when I was a Republican. A guy who was an independent when I was a Republican. A guy who I don't feel is a Republican.
"I fled my country when I was eight years old because of a political revolution.
"I think the idea of picking up my toys and leaving is really anathema. I really believe in the need of having two healthy parties, at least two healthy parties offering ideas because I do think that there are different perspectives and different representations of America."
Prior to her media career, Navarro served as the National Co-Chair of John McCain’s Hispanic Advisory Council in 2008 and was the National Hispanic Co-Chair for Gov. Jon Huntsman’s 2012 presidential Campaign.
Is Ana Navarro vaccinated?
started off as normal but quickly turned chaotic after Navarro and Hostin were ushered off the stage prior to an impromptu commercial break.
Co-host Joy Behar later announced that the chaos came after Hostin and Navarro tested positive for Covid-19 despite being fully vaccinated.
“No matter how hard we try, these things happen,” Behar said on air. “They’ll be OK, I’m sure, because they’re both vaccinated up the wazoo.”
Because Navarro is fully vaccinated, her case is known as a breakthrough case which occurs when someone who is vaccinated contracts the virus.
The incident happened just moments before Vice President was set to be introduced as the day's guest.

Out of an abundance of caution, Harris was taken to a secure location on the ABC set and appeared in a virtual interview.

After being introduced by Behar, Harris said: "Sunny and Ana are strong women and I know they're fine, but it really also does speak to the fact that they're vaccinated and vaccines really make all the difference because otherwise we would be concerned about hospitalization and worse."
She later went on to talk about the importance of getting vaccinated.
