Knox shared the news of her pregnancy during her podcast, Labyrinths.

Did Amanda Knox have a miscarriage?
The news of her pregnancy came just weeks after she announced that she suffered a miscarriage in May 2021.
The couple revealed that at an ultrasound appointment, they didn't find a heartbeat and knew something was wrong.
"We went back in a week later — that week sucked, waiting — and it hadn't grown. It didn't have a heartbeat," she recalled.
"That was confusing to me, because I thought, 'Why would there be a dead baby just hanging out in there? If it wasn't viable, why wasn't it going away?' My body didn't even know, and that felt weird to me. ... I didn't know that you could have a missed miscarriage."
Following the news, Knox added in that they induced labor and it caused her pain that she had never experienced before.
"It was abdominal pain like I have not experience before. I was shaking," Knox revealed.
