Suspected drug dealers flee from stolen vehicle after ploughing into motorist during police chase
The three suspects managed to flee on foot after causing havoc in residential Leeds during a high-speed pursuit
A DRAMATIC police chase ended in a horror smash and a "massive" drugs bust when a fleeing gang ploughed head on into a 4x4.
The suspected dealers's Renault Megane then careered into a brick wall and three men - one bleeding from the head - jumped out and ran off, leaving the woman driver trapped in her rolled vehicle.
A witness, who says the speeding car missed him "by centimetres" before the crash, says he saw cops pull a huge package of drugs from the Megane.
However, the men responsible for the crash escaped - police have made no arrests related to the incident.
The witness added he has been left in severe pain because he was forced to dive out of the way to avoid being run over by the suspected drug dealers who crashed just outside Leeds Islamic Centre, in Spencer Place, on Monday evening.
