What England Under 20 rugby star ‘told woman he met on Tinder as he repeatedly raped her’
The court heard she told him to "pack it in" but he "wasn't listening"
A PROFESSIONAL rugby player used "fear and force" to repeatedly rape a woman he met on dating app Tinder, a court heard.
Zach Kibirige, a winger for Newcastle Falcons who has made appearances for England, is alleged to have raped the woman after she asked him over for a "film and a cuddle".
The 21-year-old is currently on trial at Newcastle Crown Court after he denied four charges of rape, one of attempted rape and two sexual assaults.
Prosecutor Chris Smith told jurors the alleged victim had told Kibirige to "pack it in" when he started his advances.
But Mr Smith added: "Her request went ignored. The bigger, faster and stronger professional rugby player wasn't listening.
"He used fear and force to get what he wanted and then he left."
Mr Smith told jurors Kibirige said to the woman "you know you want this " and "tell me you don't want this" during the attack.
He added: "She didn't want it."

During a recorded interview between the alleged victim and the police, the jury heard the pair met on the dating app Tinder and arranged to watch a film at her home in Newcastle.
She added: "He came around to watch a film. I told him I didn't want anything from the start.
"Within like five to ten minutes he kept trying to put his hands down my trousers, up my top.
"I said I didn't want that. I said no, I told him to pack it in."
Mr Smith said she "could not have been clearer", during a series of WhatsApp messages sent earlier, that sex was not her intention that night.
The jury heard the alleged victim said "no again" when Kibirige got to her home.
After the alleged attack, the court was told the woman "sought help" from her housemates.
One of them sent Kibirige an angry Facebook message, calling him a rapist, which the player ignored.
The court heard Kibirige then erased his messaging history with the alleged victim.
Kibirige was arrested and claimed the woman consented to what happened between them.
Mr Smith added: "This is a simple case, did the victim consent, did he have any reasonable grounds for believing she was consenting."
Kibirige denies all charges and the trial continues.
