'HYPOCRITE' Matt Hancock smooched his mistress in his office just days after telling Brits who are "yearning for physical contact" to hug outside.
Mr Hancock was caught cheating on his wife with Gina Coladangelo, 43, who he hired last year with taxpayers’ money, as Covid gripped Britain.

On May 16 this year, 10 days after CCTV captured him indoors with his aide Gina Coladangelo, Mr Hancock told Sky News that people should be careful if hugging despite their "yearning" for physical contact.
He said: "We should all be careful, we all know the risks... Of course there are people who have been yearning to have some physical contact.
"You should do that carefully. If you've had both jabs more than two weeks ago, that's much safer."
And at the time of his close encounter with Ms Coladangelo on May 6, Mr Hancock had only had one dose of the vaccine, which he received on April 29.
The Health Secretary also said May 16 he planned to hug his dad the following day, "but we'll probably do it outside and keep the ventilation going: Hands, face and space".
And people calling the Health Secretary a "hypocrite" were fuelled further when clips were unearthed of him skewering Professor Neil Ferguson for his affair during Covid - just a year before his own.

Mr Hancock stressed the importance of social distancing and bashed the Professor's "extraordinary" behaviour during the first lockdown - but Hancock has now gone and done the same.
Matt Hancock said he was left “speechless" by Prof Ferguson’s behaviour, and said it had been right for him to resign as a government Sage adviser.
Piers Morgan also tweeted The Sun's front page, exposing the Health Secretary's explosive affair, adding: "At the time he was ordering the British people not to hug anyone from other households…"
And today, Mr Hancock apologised for his actions, saying: ";I accept that I breached the social distancing guidance in these circumstances.
"I have let people down and am very sorry.
"I remain focused on working to get the country out of this pandemic, and would be grateful for privacy for my family on this personal matter."
Mr Hancock cheated on his wife Martha with Gina Coladangelo - but the shocking images also showed him breaking multiple Covid rules on May 6.
Indoor mixing bans weren't relaxed until May 17 on the lockdown roadmap - meaning that the Health Secretary failed to keep to restrictions enforced by himself and the PM.
Brits were also banned from hugging people outside of their household at the time of Matt Hancock's steamy affair.
And he clearly failed to stick to social distancing rules while getting intimate within the walls of Whitehall.

Mr Hancock is desperately clinging on to his job despite enormous pressure for him to resign following the explosive revelations in The Sun.
Labour has called his position "hopelessly untenable" and demanded he be sacked.
Anneliese Dodds MP, chair of the Labour Party said today: “If Matt Hancock has been secretly having a relationship with an adviser in his office - who he personally appointed to a taxpayer-funded role - it is a blatant abuse of power and a clear conflict of interest.
“The charge sheet against Matt Hancock includes wasting taxpayers’ money, leaving care homes exposed and now being accused of breaking his own COVID rules.
“His position is hopelessly untenable. Boris Johnson should sack him.”
But a No10 spokesman said this afternoon: "The Health Secretary set out that he accepted that he breached the social distancing guidelines.
"Obviously he has apologised for that. The Prime Minister has accepted the health secretary's apology and considers the matter closed."

Downing Street added that Mr Johnson had "full confidence" in his under-fire Health Secretary.
The spokesman refused to say whether the pair had a meeting over the phone or in person.

The Ministerial Code for MPs stresses: "Working relationships, including with civil servants, and parliamentary staff should be proper and appropriate."
