A GANGLAND killer serving life behind bars has been calling a porn star from his cell.
Harris Jonas, 34, can be heard groaning during a sexually explicit chat with Kat Lee, 27.
Jonas, from Liverpool, was jailed in 2006 for murdering a 21-year-old gangland rival who was stabbed, shot, burnt and dumped in a river.
He was recently moved to Category C HMP Wymott in Preston after serving ten years.
Phones are banned but Jonas smuggled one in to contact Kat, who repeatedly calls him a “dirty boy” in a five-minute call obtained by The Sun.
A source said: “He’s absolutely mad about her.
“He just keeps the SIM card and flushes the phone when the screws search his cell.”
The Ministry of Justice launched an investigation after it was alerted by The Sun.
Prison bosses also segregated Jonas, removed his DVD and Xbox privileges and sacked him from his kitchen job.
An MoJ spokeswoman said any prisoner using a phone faces an extra two years inside.
She said a “range of measures are used to detect and block phones” but imminent new legislation will also “compel network operators to disconnect them in prisons”.
