Bill Cosby, 83, is denied parole after REFUSING to complete sex offender therapy in prison as he serves 10-year-sentence

BILL Cosby has been denied parole for refusing to complete a sex offender therapy program, it was revealed Thursday.
The jailed perv, sentenced to 10 years for aggravated indecent assault, was turned down on May 11, a spokesperson for the Pennsylvania parole board said.
Failure to take part in the sex offender therapy program was one of several reasons Cosby, 83, was denied, according to the board.
The disgraced comedian also reportedly received a negative review from the state’s department of corrections.

Cosby's rep, Andrew Wyatt, that the former comedian was not surprised that his parole attempt was denied, since he was told it would be if he did not participate in the sex offender program.
Wyatt told the outlet that Cosby is still hopeful that the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court will vacate his conviction, however.
Cosby has maintained his innocence throughout all of his legal proceedings.
The Cosby Show actor has been accused by 60 different women of some level of sexual assault or misconduct.
Laura Treaster, a spokeswoman for the state parole board, said the board would not consider Cosby for parole again unless he completes the sexual violent predator therapy.

He must also overcome a recommendation against parole from the state Department of Corrections and maintain a clear conduct record.
Cosby was also told to develop parole release plan.
The former comedian had a hearing before the state Supreme Court in December on appeal of his conviction, but the court has not yet ruled on that.
