Violence erupted after things got heated between the players during the friendly match
RUGBY players were booted out of a seaside tournament - for brawling on a beach in front of shocked spectators.
Violence erupted during two six-a-side matches during the FSG Beach Rugby Wales tournament in Swansea.
Four rugby teams were thrown out when security staff and police were forced to break up the brawls in a game between local rivals Porth and Wattstown.
One player punched another before team members, subs and staff from both sides joined in.
At one point the camera shows up to 18 people entangled in the middle of the sandy pitch, although some are clearly trying to break it up.
The game between the two sides was abandoned but minutes later another mass fight broke out in a game between Rhigos and Ferndale.
Hundreds of spectators, including children, looked on as players came to blows.
Event commercial director Gareth Howells said: "There were 600 players playing and there were two small incidents in 70 matches. In Welsh leagues you get that every weekend.
"We are not condoning it and we have banned the teams.
"The teams were thrown out and will not be allowed back."

He added: "We are not condoning it, but it is very frustrating. It has been blown out of all proportion. Myself and Ashleigh Walters, who founded the event, struggled to put it all together.
"Security staff were brought in by us for crowd safety and police were there watching. There were no arrests.
"There were 70 matches played and two fracas. You get more fracas in fewer matches every weekend in the season, but there are no cameras at grass roots level. It is the power of social media.
"We are not condoning it, and the referees stopped the matches and dealt with them."
