The toddler was found 75 miles away at the home of 44-year-old Nancy Fridley, reports.

It remains unknown if Fridley is known to Noah or his family and cops have not identified a motive.

Noah was taken for a medical examination at a local hospital and has since been reunited with his family.

An AMBER alert was launched as cops believed Noah was in "extreme danger".

The acronym stands for "America's Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response" and was named after Amber Hagerman, a nine-year-old girl who was abducted and murdered in Arlington, in 1996.

Stanley Meador, of the FBI said: "It’s been proven time and time again, the faster we can get accurate information out to engage our partners in the community, the better chance we have for an outcome, just like we had today."

The investigation remains ongoing.

Cops said Noah was reportedly taken by an unidentified female, described as possibly wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, black tennis shoes, and a black beanie.

"The female left with Noah in a dark-colored van or SUV," deputies of the Giles County Sheriff's Office said, adding they believe the vehicle may be heading for West Virginia.

Deputies also released a photo of Noah being led from the church by the suspected woman.

Noah, meanwhile, was last seen wearing a gray shirt with an orange puffer jacket.

He was described as being 2 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 33 pounds, and has blond hair, blue eyes, and a red birthmark on the back of his neck, according to deputies.
